Dust Free DE Dosing System
Our Diatomaceous Earth Safety Powder Handling System is designed to safely feed the powder into the slurry tank of a Vertical Pressure Leaf Filter or in the slurry tank of the Filter Press Unit. The plug and play system makes it easy to install. The capacity of the Dust Free Dosing system is 1000kg (2204lbs) of DE, 2 Big Bags. The big bags do have a lifting lid to lift the bag into the dosing system. The system is pneumatic operated, you do need compressed air at 102 psi (7 bar).
